Fund transfers

Fund transfers can be set up within your own accounts, registered accounts, and other bank accounts. The Internet Banking application processes the fund transfers subsequent to the validation from the bank system.

Fund transfers to other banks can be done through SLIPS or CEFT. However, SLIPS transfers cannot be made on a public holiday or a weekend. (Such dates are not available for selection.)

When you are carrying out a fund transfer to a third-party account or registering a beneficiary for the first time, you will be required to agree to a set of the terms and conditions.  This is a one-time action that is required to proceed with all related transactions thereafter.

Fund transfers are secured with a transaction confirmation code, which is sent to your mobile phone as well as your email account.
