Registering online for a user account

Use this screen to register online for an Internet Banking user account.

To register online, you must submit your personal details and your bank accounts that you want to access through the IB application. You must also provide answers to selected security questions, so that they can be used to validate subsequent password retrievals.

Once you submit your details, an activation key is sent to your mobile phone and email account. Use this key as your password when you log in to the application for the first time.

To register for your account

1.    On the Sign in page, click Register.

2.    On the Terms and Conditions page opens, read the terms and conditions, and then select the check box I have read and agreed with the terms and conditions.

3.    On the User Registration page that opens, select the registration method from the list and enter the details accordingly.

4.    Click Verify Me.
Once you have been verified as a Pan Asia Bank customer, you can proceed to register for an online account.

5.    On the Register Now page, enter your username and verify the respective details under each section.

6.    In the security word text box, enter the letters that appear.

7.    If you require to modify any details, click Reset and enter the new details as applicable.

8.    Click Register Now.
