You must have registered with the bank to obtain an Internet Banking user account. You can register online through the Internet Banking application, or by submitting a duly filled Internet Banking form to the bank. See Register Online
Use your Internet banking user account details to sign in to the application. You can also use the virtual keyboard option to enter your password, for added security.
Note: If you have opened a new bank account at a branch, the account is automatically synced with your online banking user account, and you will be notified the next time you sign into the application.
Signing in to the application for the first time
If you are signing in for the first time, you will be prompted to do the following. You cannot proceed with other functions until you complete this process.
a) Change your password
b) Answer the security questions
c) Select your accounts
You will be directed to the Dashboard.

Enter your user name and password.
